Onion Cheese Muffins
I don't remember where I picked up this recipe, but it is a bit "Betty Crocker" in nature. However, I make it every year when I make my chili for our Hallowen open house.
Ingredients:
3 cups Bisquick
3/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese with jalapeno seasoning
1   7 oz. can french fried onions
1 large egg
1 cup milk
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400F, and grease a muffin tin. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl, and beat for one minute. Fill the muffin tins to about 2/3 of the way full, and bake 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted come out clean. Cool on a rack, and serve with chili, soup or stew.
